Mr. Rosenblum payed a visit to Claudio and the plantation, he devotes an entire intriguing chapter to Claudio and what he is accomplishing with cacao on these two tiny African islands. Having roots as a reporter, Mr. Rosenblum writes in a very investigative, engaging and humorous way. This is a wonderful book about chocolate that travels the globe.

This incredibly informative, well written book about chocolate is a needed addition to any chocolate connoisseur’s library. Ms. Doutre-Roussell has spent some time making chocolate with Claudio and writes very graciously about him in her book. Illustrated throughout, this is a fantastic chocolate lovers resource!
